His father’s name is Arun Kumar Gowda, who was a driver who worked in KSRTC Transport Services and later in BMTC Transport Services. His mother’s name is Pushpa who is a housewife. He also has a sister named Nandini.
Naveen Kumar Gowda (Yash ) was interested in acting from an early age and started his career by acting in TV serials like Nanda Gokula and Uttarayan in 2004. After getting success in the TV serial, Yash got a chance to work in the film. In the year 2007, Yash acted in the lead role in the film Jambada Hudugi, a Kannada film, which marked Yash’s debut.
After this, Yash got a chance to work in the film Mogina Manasu in 2008. This film is one of the best films of Yash’s career, this film was a super duper hit and the film ran for almost 100 days at the box office.

Yash started his career with TV serials like Nanda Gokula (2004) and Uttarayan (2004). After getting success in TV serials, Yash tried in FIMO and his efforts were successful and he got an opportunity to act in the Kannada film Jambada Hudugi in the year 2007, which was Yash’s first film.
Then in 2008 he got an opportunity to act in the film Mogina Manasu, followed by Rocky in 2008, Gokula film in 2009 and Modala Saala in 2010. Then when in the year 2018, he worked in one of India’s superhit films, KGF film.
